Steve Yan joined Wynnchurch in 2024. Prior to Wynnchurch, Steve served as a Managing Director in the Capital Markets Group at Houlihan Lokey, as well as roles in the Capital Advisory Group at Piper Jaffray & Co and in the Debt Advisory Group at Lincoln International. Steve brings 15+ years of experience in debt and equity advisory focusing on middle-market companies. M.B.A., Concentrations in Finance and Management & Strategy, Kellogg School of Management – Northwestern University. M.A.S., Accounting, and B.S, Finance and Accounting, University of Illinois.
