Scott Farrell joined Wynnchurch in 2017 as an Operating Partner. Previously, Scott served as the President and CEO of SafeWorks LLC for 14 years, leading the transformation of the company from a small industry participant to a diversified global leader. His tenure at SafeWorks included the transition from private ownership through three private equity sales transactions with outstanding results. Prior to SafeWorks, Scott served in general management roles at Danaher and Eaton Corporation, in the industrial automation, electrical controls, and test and instrumentation industries. He also served as the President and CEO of Zoneworks, a venture capital funded industrial automation startup. Combined with his deep understanding of operations excellence, Scott’s extensive experience running diverse global businesses has proven invaluable in identifying and executing value creation opportunities in the private equity business model.
