Carl Howe joined Wynnchurch in 2012. Prior to joining Wynnchurch, he was an investment banking analyst in the Healthcare M&A group at Houlihan Lokey. Prior to Houlihan, Carl worked as a consultant at Alvarez & Marsal. Carl focuses on deal execution and has worked on a wide range of M&A transactions in several sectors, including diversified industrials and healthcare. B.A., Economics and Political Science, Northwestern University; M.B.A., University of Chicago Booth School of Business; Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
