Bio

Brian Crumbaugh joined Wynnchurch in 2010. Previously, Brian worked as a Senior Associate at ShoreView Industries, a private equity fund based in Minneapolis. Brian began his career at Piper Jaffray as a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions group. Brian has been involved in a wide range of private equity investments with extensive experience in transactions involving family-owned businesses, corporate carve-outs, management-led buyouts, under-performing companies, operational or strategic turnarounds, restructurings, bankruptcies and other special situations. B.B.A., Finance, with honors, University of Wisconsin; M.B.A., Palmer Scholar, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
