Karl is a Managing Director at Wren House Infrastructure involved in the origination and execution as well as the asset management of investments. Karl is a Board Director of GPG and NSMP. Since joining Wren House in September 2017, he has been a key member of the team playing significant roles in sourcing investment opportunities in the energy midstream space and across sub sectors of infrastructure in Asia Pacific. Karl joined Wren House after twenty years in investment banking, most recently as Head of Power & Utilities EMEA for HSBC, and previously at BoA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse, where he advised on M&A, equity and debt financing transactions for corporates and financial investors in the power & utilities, energy, transatlantic renewables and environmental infrastructure sectors. Karl holds a degree in Law from Exeter University, and was called to the Bar of England & Wales. Karl is a British national.
