Bio

Allan Amico worked at WP Global Partners from 2014 to 2017, rejoining the firm in 2023. He is actively involved in the sourcing, investment diligence, and managing of private equity and debt investments. Prior to rejoining WP Global, Allan founded and ran a technology startup, consulted in a business development capacity for the WP Global portfolio company Prevenio, and worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in investment banking. He is also involved in a family owned home improvement store business with over 30 locations in the northeast US. Allan holds a B.A. in History from Princeton University and is also a certified sommelier.
