Don is the Head of Portfolio Success at Woven Capital and is responsible for building a portfolio success program that aims to create strategic value for all of Woven Capital’s stakeholders, including its portfolio companies, fund investments, Woven by Toyota, and Toyota. Most recently, Don assumed various responsibilities within Woven by Toyota, including supporting the business development activities of the Arene and Advance AD/ADAS teams - keystone products enabling Toyota’s transformation into a software first company. Prior to joining Woven by Toyota, Don served as Senior Advisor at Murata Manufacturing where he launched global investments into deep-tech startups. He also held the role of Advisor at Autotech Ventures and senior senior positions in various startup companies. He began his career in private equity at New Mountain Capital. Don holds an MBA from The Berkeley Haas School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors from Stanford University.
