Matthew Bloch is a Principal at Winnick & Company, where he is responsible for the execution and management of the firm’s investments. Mr. Bloch has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, having worked previously in investment banking, family office investing and corporate lending. Before joining Winnick & Company, Mr. Bloch served as Director of Private Equity at Bronfman Family Office LLC. Prior to this, Mr. Bloch served as Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions at Rothschild & Co., where he advised public corporations, privately held businesses and private equity sponsors on M&A, capital raising and strategic advisory assignments. Mr. Bloch began his career as a credit analyst at Bank of the West, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas. Mr. Bloch received an MBA from Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, and a BA in Philosophy with honors from Colgate University.
