Ralf is a Partner of Foley & Lardner LLP and was Chairman and CEO of Foley from 2002 to 2011. He specializes in U.S. and international mergers, acquisitions and complex business transactions. He serves on the Boards of several U.S. and European multinationals including Fiskers Corporation and Plexus.
