Peter is a Senior Partner with Godfrey & Kahn, S.C., where he specializes in mergers, acquisitions, financing and succession planning for private and public businesses and their executives. He serves on the Boards of Kohl’s Corporation, Northwestern Mutual Life, and other privately held companies.
