Mr. William S. Goldberg has been Chief Executive Officer of Interactive Health, Inc. since August 7, 2017 and its President since August 2017. Mr. Goldberg serves as Chief Executive Officer of The Staywell Company, LLC (formerly, StayWell Health Management, Inc.). He served as Chief Executive Officer of MM USA Holdings, Inc. (formerly, MediMedia USA, Inc.) since 2011. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Planet Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. since 2008. He was a Principal at GTCR, LLC since July 2002. He was President of Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 25, 2006. In 2002, he began working with GTCR Golder Rauner as a Portfolio Principal and work with several of its healthcare focused portfolio companies that were experiencing financial, operating and other difficulties. In that regard, Mr. Goldberg provided interim management and supervision to TransHealthcare, Inc. and Lifecare Holdings, Inc. and took full P&L and day-to-day operating responsibility of Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Inc. From 1988 to June 2002, he served as Managing Director of GKH Partners, LP where he was responsible for the acquisition, performance improvement and value realization of select companies for the $550 million private equity fund. He served as Chairman and Director of DNA Diagnostics Center, Inc., until January 20, 2016. He served as Chairman and Director of Planet Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. He served as Vice Chairman of Exterran Holdings, Inc. and Archrock, Inc. He has been Director of Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since September 25, 2006. He serves as a Director of Applied Pathways LLC. He served as a Director of DVI Inc. since 1995. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
