Timothy Dwyer serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Wind River Holdings®. Mr. Dwyer’s primary responsibilities include overseeing the finance, accounting, risk management, tax and treasury functions. In addition, he works directly with the CFOs of the portfolio companies in executing their financial plans. Prior to joining Wind River in 2001, Mr. Dwyer served in a variety of finance and accounting positions at United National Insurance Company (1998-2001) and Reliance Insurance Company (1987-1998). Mr. Dwyer began his career in 1985 as a member of the auditing department of Touche Ross and Company, a national CPA firm. Mr. Dwyer received a B.S. in Accounting from St. Joseph’s University in 1985 and achieved his CPA designation in 1987. Mr. Dwyer is a member of the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. He resides in West Chester, PA with his wife and enjoys spending time with family, golfing and playing tennis.
