Bio

Andrew has extensive experience working with lower-middle market companies and their stakeholders. His background includes managing and executing mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and other financial advisory engagements, as well as monitoring growth equity investments and performing financial statement audits. Andrew’s involvement in his family’s small business has further contributed to his deep understanding of the unique opportunities and challenges faced by companies in the lower-middle market. Prior to joining WILsquare, Andrew was with Croft & Bender, an Atlanta-based investment banking and private equity firm, where he advised clients across a variety of industries and supported the firm’s three investment funds. Andrew began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Private Company Services practice in Atlanta. Andrew received a Master’s in Accounting and Bachelor’s in Finance, summa cum laude, from Tulane University and is a Certified Public Accountant (non-active).
