Craig Klosk co-founded The Wicks Group in January 1989. As a Managing Partner at Wicks, he is involved in all its investment and management activities and serves on the Board of Directors of all its operating companies. Mr. Klosk was previously an attorney with Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in New York City specializing in private equity transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Mr. Klosk is actively involved in a broad range of community service and philanthropic activities. Craig Klosk has a Bachelor of Science and Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, degrees from Cornell University. He was a Senior Editor of the Cornell Law Review.
