David J. Malizia is the Managing Partner of Westshore Capital Partners. Mr. Malizia has more than 20 years of experience in private equity investments, operations, and investment banking. He is considered one of the more visible investors in the small market and is very active with several merger and acquisition organizations, some of which include the Association for Corporate Growth, the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors, Corporate Finance Associates, the International Business Brokers Association, and several regional corporate growth organizations. Prior to forming Westshore Capital Partners, Mr. Malizia was a senior member of the general partner and a Managing Director of Florida Capital Partners where he participated in investments within 32 companies and more than 40 add-on acquisitions across 26 industries. David holds a Masters of Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
