Brad had over 13 years of public practice experience with PwC and KPMG prior to joining the Westbridge Capital’s team in 2019. He began his career in the audit space focusing on Canadian and US public companies primarily in the technology sector. Over the last 8 years, Brad has specialized in corporate tax where he focused on acquisitions and divestitures, succession planning, and international structuring and planning. Brad has worked with clients in a variety of industries including manufacturing, construction, hospitality, retail, real estate, automotive and private equity.
