Prior to co-founding West End Holdings, Mr. Beasley spent the past ten years as founder and CEO of IXT, the nation’s leading healthcare consumer payments firm, which he successfully transitioned to its new owner. He acquired a predecessor asset in 2001, a regional print|mail services firm, which he successfully re-positioned, grew, and ultimately sold to Emdeon (NYSE: EM). The platform developed by IXT is currently driving consolidated revenues of $275 million and powers the industry's leading payment platform, currently processing patient payment volumes of more than $1 billion annually. Prior to founding IXT, Mr Beasley co-founded and served as CEO of Biopage (1999-2000), an internet startup focused on consumer infomediary services. Prior to this startup experience, he spent five years in investment banking at JC Bradford (1995-1999) leading institutional equity sales efforts in New York. Prior to JC Bradford, Mr Beasley served as General Manager of Berlitz Translation Services (1992-1995). Mr. Beasley received his E.M.B.A. from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University and his B.S. in Engineering Science from Vanderbilt University.
