Mr. O'Leary is a General Partner, having joined WCAS in 2015. Prior to joining WCAS, Mr. O’Leary worked at JLL Partners for over six years, focused primarily on healthcare investments. Earlier in his career, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions group at Merrill Lynch. Washington and Lee University – B.A.
