Mr. de Nicola is Chairman of the Firm and a member of the Management Committee, having joined WCAS in 1994. He served as President and Managing Partner of the Firm and focuses on technology investments. Previously, he worked at Goldman Sachs & Co. in the Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
