Adam joined Weld North in 2013 to enhance the operating capabilities of its businesses. He is a former General Manager and Managing Partner of IBM and Senior Partner at PwC. At IBM, he held a number of senior executive roles including being responsible for creating and leading the Business Analytics and Optimization / Big Data services team as well as the Mobile Technology, Interactive Agency and eCommerce units. He led technology and business services units for IBM in Latin America and in Southwest Europe. Prior to these roles, he was one of the early founders of the Customer Relationship Management Industry, leading services practices and developing technology solutions in that space. He oversaw the growth of the CRM practice from a boutique business of $20m in 1996 to over $700m in 2002 at the time of IBM’s acquisition of PwC’s Consulting. Throughout these roles, he continued to actively advise and consult with numerous clients on the effective use of technology in the Education, Health Care, Travel & Transportation, Retail and Financial Services Industry. Adam graduated with a B.A. from the University of Hartford in 1983 and a M.B.A. from Columbia University in 1992.
