Laurence Roy-Rojo joined Weinberg Capital Partners in 2015 as a Senior Director and as Head of Investor Relations on behalf of all of the firm’s teams. At Weinberg Capital Partners, Laurence is responsible for structuring the management company’s ESG approach and for the implementation of ESG initiatives within the LBO portfolio. She is a member of the Investment Committee for the WCP Impact Dev#1 fund and of the ESG Committee. In 2020, she participated in working groups to plan out the creation of the Centre Français pour l’Investissement à Impact (CF2i), with the aim of promoting a culture of impact investing in France. Previously, Laurence worked for 15 years successively in sales for a trading room and in private banking and as a partner and business development officer at an asset management company.
