Mr. Leiby is responsible for acquisition processing and financing, due diligence, investor communications and portfolio company management. Prior to joining WCG, Mr. Leiby spent four years at Resilience Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm that invests in niche-oriented manufacturing, value-added distribution and business service companies. While at Resilience, Mr. Leiby evaluated new investment opportunities, performed due diligence, and worked with portfolio company senior management teams to execute on their value creation plans. Prior to his tenure at Resilience, Mr. Leiby was an Associate at Kirtland Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm that has been investing in lower middle market companies across a variety of industries for nearly 40 years. Prior to his career in private equity, Mr. Leiby held positions in the Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group at KeyBanc Capital Markets and the Audit & Assurance group at Deloitte, where he earned his CPA (inactive). Mr. Leiby graduated from Ohio University with a B.B.A. in Accounting & Business Pre-Law and received his M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
