Bio

David is a Partner, and responsible for managing the firm’s investment analysis, transaction execution, and portfolio management activities. David serves on the boards of Stellar, Branch, HDVI, and SOMA Global and is a board observer at The Zebra. He also serves as a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for University of Florida's Innovate | Ventures. Prior to joining the team, David led merger and acquisition execution for Roper Technologies (NYSE: ROP). Previously, David worked as a Senior Associate at Ballast Point Ventures, and an Investment Banking Analyst at Raymond James & Associates. David earned his B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida and is a member of the Florida Blue Key leadership honorary, and he earned his M.B.A. degree from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business and was a Fuqua Scholar.
