Lex Douze is Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Waterland in Bussum, the Netherlands. Prior to joining Waterland, Lex was founder and manager of PaperX Ltd. (London, UK). He started his career as Strategy Consultant with The Boston Consulting Group. Lex holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School in Boston, USA and Master degrees in Computer Science and in Law from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
