Vineet Jain is based in Mumbai, joined Warburg Pincus in 2023, and is a Senior Vice President – finance in the Value Creation group. Vineet comes with 25+ years of finance leadership experience across healthcare, FMCG and industrial businesses. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he was CFO of Medtronic India and Senior Director – strategic and key account, and previously had spent 14 years at PepsiCo as a Senior Finance Leader across both their foods and beverages divisions in India, as well as in Australia, culminating in leading the controllership function at PepsiCo India. Vineet has also worked for Tata Steel for 7+ years earlier in his career. He is a Chartered Accountant (CA) from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and has completed his Bachelor of Commerce from University of Calcutta, India.
