Bio

Swapnil Sinha joined Warburg Pincus in 2016, and is currently based in the Mumbai office. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked in the Investment Banking practice at Barclays in London. Swapnil focuses on investments in the TMT, industrials, and real estate sectors. He is currently a Director of Imperial Auto Industries, Good Host Spaces, and R Retail Ventures, and previously served on the Boards of Embassy Industrial Parks and CleanMax Enviro Solutions. Swapnil holds a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi and an MBA (with Hons.) from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
