Bio

Sam Lipsick is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2015, and focuses on investments in the technology sector. He is a Director of Assent Compliance, a Director of NetDocuments and a Board Observer of BetterCloud. Sam was also involved in the firm’s investments in Gordian and ConstructConnect (iSqFt). Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Sam was a Growth Equity Investor at General Atlantic and an Investment Banker at J.P. Morgan. He received a BA in Economics from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he was a Baker Scholar.
