Andrew Park joined Warburg Pincus in 2008. Based in New York, he focuses on investments in the technology sector and co-leads HCIT investing for the firm. He is a Director of GHX, Modernizing Medicine, NetDocuments, Phil, Qualifacts, Quantum Health and WebPT. He has been involved in the firm’s investments in A Place for Mom, ConstructConnect, Evidon, Experity, GTNexus, Intelligent Medical Objects, MLM Information Services and The Gordian Group. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, Andrew worked in Investment Banking at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ) and UBS and in Private Equity at The Carlyle Group. He received his bachelor’s degree from Dartmouth College and MBA from Harvard Business School.
