Bio

Mr. Shepard joined WDIP in 2014 is responsible for the overall financial management of the company in addition to operations, fund formation, marketing, and human resources. He is also a voting member on several of WDIP's investment committees. Mr. Shepard holds a master’s degree in real estate development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Juris Doctorate from Cornell Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
