Bio

Mr Resnick is the President of Walker & Dunlop Investment Partners where he leads the firm and is responsible for setting its overall strategy. He joined Walker & Dunlop in 2016 and was the Treasurer of the firm prior to assuming his new role at WDIP in 2022. Before joining Walker & Dunlop, Mr Resnick was with Freddie Mac where he led the multifamily division’s Capital Markets team. Earlier in his career, he spent 15 years at Goldman Sachs in New York & London trading various structured products. Mr Resnick received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School.
