Mike Ambrose is the Controller of VSS. In this capacity, he is responsible for preparing the firm’s financial statements, budgeting, strategic procurement, insurance, and managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll. Mr. Ambrose joined VSS in 1997. Previously, Mr. Ambrose was the Controller for Wine Enthusiast Companies, a magazine publisher and online retailer. Mr. Ambrose has a BS in Accounting and Information Systems from Queens College of the City of New York and an MBA from Long Island University.
