Bio

Ella Opatzevsky is the Tax Director of the VSS structured capital and buyout funds. Ms. Opatzevsky joined VSS in 2010 and oversees the tax compliance process for all VSS funds , working closely with the VSS finance department and public accounts. Prior to joining VSS, Ms. Optatzvesky worked as a Tax Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. Ms. Opatzvesky graduated from Baruch College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting.
