Jeff has over 10 years of experience as an investor and entrepreneur. Prior to Volta Global, he was Vice President at Everest Capital, responsible for managing several hundred million dollars of investments in both public and private markets. Jeff spent the early part of his career as an investment analyst at Axiom International Investors covering global emerging markets and technology, where he was the lead investment analyst for the Axiom Emerging Markets fund that grew from $30 million to over $1 billion in assets in three years. Before Axiom, he started his finance career in investment banking. In addition to his investment experience, Jeff was a co-founder and executive officer of an innovative educational technology company, venture-backed by Sequoia, 500 Startups, and Felicis Ventures, where he oversaw the company’s early growth to a $35 million business operating in over 100 countries, before exiting the business in 2011. Jeff holds an MBA from Yale University and an undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of Fhoosh, Syntheon, Veneration Holdings, and the Miami chapter of Common Threads.
