Dr. Dyster has more than 25 years of leadership experience in the biotechnology field. She is a founder of Codon Diagnostics, Agency and Kinex Pharmaceuticals and has served on in numerous industry-related boards including The New York Biotechnology Association. The Health Care Industry Alliance, Agency and CH3 Biosystems. She is the recipient of the Maurice Walters Mardi Washington and Jefferson College and The Distinguished Alumni Award from the University of Buffalo.
