Bio

Adrian joined Vitruvian in 2016 and leads the Value Add Team, which supports portfolio businesses through their growth journey. He is a hands-on COO and Operations leader by background with over 25 years’ experience across a broad range of Financial Services businesses both in the UK and internationally. From 2010-2016 he was the COO of Callcredit Information Group (a Vitruvian backed business through to 2014), that went through rapid growth where Adrian led all of the delivery functions including Technology and the establishment of nearshore operation in Lithuania. Prior to this he worked for Allianz Insurance as the Operations Director of the UK Retail Business and also held operational leadership positions at Lehman Brothers and Barclays/Woolwich Mortgages. Adrian is a New Zealand national and holds a BCom and an MBA from the University of Auckland.
