Bio

Prior to joining Vistria, Ms. Sonsyadek was a managing director at Gen II Fund Services where she was responsible for financial reporting of private equity funds. Prior to Gen II, Ms. Sonsyadek was a tax manager with EY LLP. Ms. Sonsyadek started her career in accounting at Kutchins, Robbins & Diamond Ltd. as a tax associate. Ms. Sonsyadek received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
