Bio

Prior to joining Vistria, Mr. Kandoi was a Principal at Veronis Suhler Stevenson (VSS), where he focused on investing in the Healthcare, Education, and Business Services sectors. He has previously served on the Board of Directors of VKidz Learning, Really Great Reading, Infobase Learning, Coretelligent, Centroid, Caravan Health, Connexion Point and Specialty1 Partners. He started his career as an investment banker with Citigroup, working on several significant M&A transactions. Mr. Kandoi completed the Jerome Fisher Program in Management and Technology at the University of Pennsylvania, earning a BSE from The Wharton School with concentrations in Finance and Accounting, and BAS in Computer Science from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
