Prior to joining Vistria, Mr. Ramaker was a Senior Managing Director and head of the Healthcare Practice at Blue Ridge Partners, a specialty consulting firm focused on revenue growth. He previously led Corporate Business Development for Baxter International, was a General Manager at Hospira Worldwide, and an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company. Mr. Ramaker began his career at Goldman Sachs in Investment Banking and Principal Investing. Mr. Ramaker received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
