Bio

Prior to joining Vistria, Mr. McIntosh served as a Senior Recruiter on the Technical Services team at Stripe Inc. Before joining Stripe, Mr. McIntosh spent 7 years in New York with Macquarie Group Limited building and managing the junior talent pipeline for their capital markets and human resources businesses for the North America region. In addition to this role, he was a founding member of the Black Employees @ Macquarie (BEAM), and an executive committee member of the Multicultural (Unity) employee network groups. Mr. McIntosh also held board positions with multiple nonprofit organizations, including Philadelphia Futures and America Needs You (ANY), with a primary focus on early college and career success.
