Shannon Bracken joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and is currently a member of the private equity Flagship team. Ms. Bracken currently sits on the boards of EagleView, Mindbody, Pipedrive, Pluralsight, Quickbase and Salesloft. She was also actively involved in the firm’s investments in Drift, Finastra, Marketo and Vivid Seats (NASDAQ: SEAT). Ms. Bracken was named one of Buyouts’ 10 Standout Women in Private Equity in 2021. Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Bracken worked at Perella Weinberg Partners in the Restructuring and General Mergers and Acquisitions group. While at Perella Weinberg, Ms. Bracken worked in verticals including gaming, retail, financial services and energy, among others. These projects included debtor and creditor side restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and other strategic advisory initiatives. Before her time with Perella Weinberg, Ms. Bracken worked at CIBC World Markets in capital markets. Prior to CIBC World Markets, Ms. Bracken worked at RBC Capital Markets.
