Olga Kaplan joined Vista in 2021 and is currently a member of the private equity Endeavor team. Prior to Vista, Ms. Kaplan spent 11 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co., where she was a Vice President on the GS Growth team, focused on leading equity investments into high-growth software and internet companies. Additionally, she served as lead investor for Launch with GS, Goldman’s initiative to invest in companies and investment managers with diverse leadership. Ms. Kaplan started her career at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the firm’s investment banking division.
