Marc Teillon joined Vista in 2009. Mr. Teillon is currently Co-Head of the Vista Foundation Funds and sits on the Vista Foundation Funds’ Investment Committee. Additionally, Mr. Teillon serves as a member of Vista’s Private Equity Management Committee, the firm’s governing and decision-making body for the overall management of Vista’s private equity platform. He previously was a member of the Flagship team. Mr. Teillon currently sits on the boards of Aptean, Critical Start, ESO Solutions, Flash, Khoros, LogicMonitor and Vena Solutions. Mr. Teillon was actively involved in the firm’s investments in Aderant, Allocate, CentralSquare, DealerSocket, Omnitracs, PowerSchool, Quick Base and Sovos Compliance. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Teillon was a Vice President in Citi’s Investment Banking division. While at Citi, Mr. Teillon advised clients on buy-side and sell-side transactions, public and private equity financings, and other strategic advisory initiatives. Before that, Mr. Teillon was a Director, Finance for Chindex International in China. At Chindex, he led network-wide capital raising and budgeting activities for the hospital division and managed the Finance, Accounting, Business Office and IT Departments for the multi-facility Shanghai market. Mr. Teillon has also worked at The Blackstone Group as an investment professional, at Arcadia Partners, an education technology and e-learning venture fund, and at Philips in an operations role within the company’s new ventures division.
