Lily Perez joined Vista Equity Partners in 2017 and is currently a member of the private equity Flagship team. Prior to her current role, Ms. Perez was Managing Director in the Go-To-Market practice for Vista Consulting Group. Prior to joining Vista, Ms. Perez served in a variety of leadership roles at CEB (now Gartner). Most recently, she served as Director of Corporate Strategy & Development where her team built a complimentary software/data analytics business via M&A and executed CEB’s exit to Gartner. Before CEB, Ms. Perez spent five years at McKinsey & Company, where she was part of the small team that launched and scaled the Social Sector Office. She also served as an independent consultant to the Board of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation to design and launch the Giving Pledge. Ms. Perez is also the Co-Founder and Board Co-Chair of Generation Enterprise, a social mobility business accelerator operating in Nigeria.
