John Stalder joined Vista Equity Partners in 2011 and is currently a member of the private equity Flagship team. Mr. Stalder currently sits on the boards of Apptio, Datto (NYSE: MSP), Gainsight, Greenway Health, Infoblox, Pipedrive and TIBCO. He was actively involved in the firm’s investments in Accruent, Aptean, Marketo, MRI Software and Sunquest Information Systems. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Stalder worked at Pagemill Partners in the Software & Services group, where he advised clients in a variety of verticals including software, IT services and internet, among others. These projects included buy-side and sell-side transactions, equity financings and other strategic advisory initiatives.
