Eric Roza joined Vista Equity Partners in 2022 and is a member of the private equity Flagship team. Mr. Roza currently sits on the boards of Advanced, Gainsight, Mindbody, Pipedrive and TripleLift. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Roza served as CEO of CrossFit, where he led a buyout of the company. Before his time at CrossFit, Mr. Roza spent 12 years as CEO of Datalogix, building it into one of the largest data and analytics companies in the global digital advertising industry. Following Datalogix’s sale to Oracle, he served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Oracle Data Cloud. Mr. Roza previously worked at a number of technology startups and started his career as a Consultant at Bain & Company.
