Derek Klomhaus joined Vista Equity Partners in 2015 and is a member of the private equity Foundation team. Mr. Klomhaus currently sits on the boards of Granicus, Power Factors and TigerConnect, and works with the firm’s investment in Tribute Technology. He was also actively involved with the firm’s investments in Greenway Health, Infoblox, Mindbody, PowerSchool (NYSE: PWSC), The ACTIVE Network, Wrike, Xactly and Zego (Powered by PayLease). Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Klomhaus worked at Credit Suisse in the Healthcare Investment Banking group. While at Credit Suisse, Mr. Klomhaus advised clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceuticals sectors. These projects primarily included mergers, acquisitions, equity and debt offerings, and other strategic advisory initiatives.
