Charles Guan joined Vista Equity Partners in 2009. Mr. Guan is a Vice President in the Flagship Fund, where he helps lead private equity investments. Mr. Guan currently serves on the boards of Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF), Stats Perform and TripleLift and works with the firm’s investment in Mediaocean. He was also involved in Vista’s investments in Aderant, Lanyon, MRI Software, P2 Energy Solutions, SumTotal Systems and TransFirst.
