Mr. Morelli currently holds the CFO position at Vision Brazil Investments. Previously he was directly involved with Vision’s management of agricultural production (mainly soybeans and corn), acquisitions and development of farm land, and cattle business related activities (investments, operations and distressed recovery) in Brazil’s mid-west and north-east regions since 2007. Initially, he managed the implementation of green field projects for meat packing and feedlot units, acting as CFO for Vision’s related invested companies. His working experience also includes 3 years as Treasurer/Financial Corporate Manager of Perdigão Agroindustrial S.A. (currently Brasil Foods S.A.), the largest Brazilian animal protein producer, where he had full responsibility for the company’s financial activity. Prior to that, Mr. Morelli worked for more than 13 years at J.P. Morgan and Chase Manhattan Bank as Vice-President, where he held several positions in the Trading, Treasury, Financial Structuring and Sales divisions. He started his career at The First National Bank of Boston and The MAC Group, a consulting company. Mr. Morelli holds an Industrial Engineering degree from Escola Politécnica – University of São Paulo and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from FGV.
