Bio

Before co-founding VisioCap, David was a partner at Pegasus Capital Advisors, a middle market private equity firm with approximately $2.2 billion in assets. He was also a member of the firm’s executive committee and investment committee. Over his 13 years with the firm, David led acquisitions, oversaw growth, and executed investment realizations across all five of Pegasus’s funds. His primary focus was investments in the consumer products sector. David currently serves as a member or observer on the board of directors of BreathableBaby, Bocce’s Bakery, Dogs Love Us, Nature’s Logic, and Worldwise. In addition, he serves as chairman of the board of First Candle, as a director on the board of the JPMA, and on the board of advisors to the Tufts University Athletics Department.
