Guhan co-founded Virgo Capital in 2005 and leads investment sourcing and evaluation for the Firm. He currently serves on the boards of RMG Networks, Sayers Technology, and Bound. Prior to establishing Virgo Capital, Guhan was a Principal at WestBridge Capital Partners (now Sequoia Capital India), a leading private equity fund dedicated to US-India investments. As one of the initial members of the WestBridge team, Guhan led five investments in the outsourced services and technology industries, including in AppLabs, which was acquired by CSC. Previously, Guhan worked in the New York and Tokyo offices of Goldman Sachs and focused on various types of transactions including private equity investments and asset securitizations. Guhan received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
